GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, OHIO – ANCHORAGE LIGHTLY DECORATED

AnchoragelampsGOSHEN TOWNSHIP, OHIO - The Goshen Township Historical Society's Museum "The Anchorage" circa 1820 will be adorned and lighted with antique oil lamps for the Christmas Season.

Society President Jim Poe said, “Renowned oil lamp collector and Goshen resident Scott Chasteen has placed on loan to the Society several of his vintage lamps for display throughout the season. The museum is lightly decorated with fresh pine and other native vegetation with the lamps being the highlight.”

The Anchorage located at 1845 State Route 28 in Goshen will be open for tours on Saturday December 2nd and 9th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The lamps will be lighted only during the evening tours. The public is invited at no charge however, donations are welcome.
