LOVELAND, OHIO NEWS - Montessori blood helps 80

LOVELAND, OHIO NEWS - Hoxworth Blood Center held a blood drive at Children's Meeting House Montessori School on February 15th.  Nearly 30 parents, teachers and friends of the school donated enough blood to help up to eighty eight people.  One of the Hoxworth Blood Mobile staff also spoke to the school children about donating blood and how important and easy it is.

Hoxworth needs to collect blood from 350 volunteer blood donors and 40 platelet donors each day to meet the needs of the 29 hospitals and medical centers it serves.  For more information about Hoxworth or donating blood visit www.Hoxworth.org.
