The Columbus Dispatch : Desk of Gutierrez's accuser ransacked

The State Highway Patrol was called in yesterday to investigate the apparent ransacking of the desk of Cindy Stankoski, one of two women who filed sexual-harassment complaints against their boss in the attorney general's office.

Rex Elliott, Stankoski's lawyer, called it witness intimidation, a potential felony under Ohio law.
