Trusler: St. Columban Festival 2010 - A Success!

LOVELAND, OHIO - “Amid the heat, the Loveland community along with parishioners poured out to attend St. Columban's annual festival. Some came as far as Scotland,” said Ruthy Trusler. “Fr. Larry's Funnel Cakes were once again a big hit -  all 670 waffles”  St. Columban's fish fry crew made an appearance Friday night. The popular fried fish sold out in less than two hours. The secret recipe chicken sold out at 8 PM Sunday. “New to the menu,  goetta burgers  got lots of raves,” according to Trusler.
The Grand Raffle Winners were:
1st Prize - $10,000, Sam and Lee Lorio Family
2nd Prize - $500 in Kroger cards, the Erb Family

3rd Prize - 2 Kings Island Gold Passes, Russell and June Young.

Trusler said, "On behalf of the festival committee, St. Columban wishes to thank the community for your support for making this such a memorable event."
