Phelps now leads Zuch by 10 votes
Loveland, Oh. - Loveland Magazine is still awaiting the final tally from Clermont County for the election results of the November 5th Loveland council race. There are 7 provisional ballots to be officially added to votes cast at City Hall. These results won't be publicly known until their Board meets on Tuesday, November 26, at 10 AM. The results will be posted on their web site after the meeting.
Loveland Magazine reported on election night that eight votes separated an apparent win by Ted Phelps, upsetting Brent Zuch's bid to keep his seat on Loveland Council.
An up-dated count, including new results from Warren and Hamilton Counties give Phleps an additional two votes, a ten point lead over Zuch.
The possibility of a recount is still unknown.
Swearing in ceremonies for the elected candidates is scheduled for Monday December 2, at 8 PM.
