Tom Carroll's severance package

 

Loveland, Oh. - This is the resolution passed by city council last night accepting the resignation of city manager Tom Carroll. In this document is the "Severance Agreement" brokered by Mayor Rob Weisgerber and affirmed by a majority vote of council.

This document was not available to the public before, during, or after, the council meeting. Loveland Magazine obtained this document this afternoon subsequent to a request under Ohio's Open Records Law.
