Holiday trash collection in Loveland

 

Trash is not collected on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

 

Around the holidays, residents can expect a shift in the trash pick-up schedule provided by Rumpke.  Trash is not collected on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, so all other trash days are moved back one day.  For example, if your trash would normally be picked up on Friday of next week, then it will now be collected on Saturday due to Christmas Day earlier in the week.  Likewise, if your trash would normally be picked up on Wednesday of the following week, then expect it to be picked up on Thursday because of New Year’s Day, while Thursday’s normal pick-up would occur on Friday, and so on. 

The normal schedule will return after the week of December 30 through January 5.
