What was it like? How did it feel? To win a State Football Title

 

Screaming fun!

 

These LOVELAND MAGAZINE TV videos will hopefully give you a sense of how screaming fun it was for "Tiger Nation" to win the State Div. II Football Championship game in Canton on December 6.

The first video is some play action highlights from the second half, but it is mostly filled with highlights of thousands of your neighbors as it sinks in that the 41-23 win over Glenview was real. You will never see your neighbors having so much fun in a snowstorm.

The second video is what it was like on the field as the team celebrated their victory, and received their trophy. You will never see your neighbors' children having so much fun in a snowstorm.

Gunner Gambill ran for 115 yards and had two touchdowns in the championship game.

Beau Ngu ran back this 50-yard interception in the second half to put Loveland up 27 to nothing.

 

#1 Jeff Prifti and #3 Max Mather broke up this pass to Glenville's Marshon Lattimore, the number one prospect in the state.

Loveland Freshman, Luke Waddell had 175 ground yards on 19 carries, and 194 total yards.

 

#49 Darren Sackett and # 45 Charlie Lawler. Sackett had 8.5 and Lawler had 5.5 tackles. Lawler also recovered a fumble.

 

#78 Ian Leever, #76 Peter LaChapelle, #52 Danny Kruzel, and #74 Andrew Alten blocking for Gunner Gambill.
