Beauty, Art, Community, and the Divine. Each a unique expression of the hopeful joy within the Christmas story.
In 1944 Grailville’s founder, Lydwine Van Kersbergen, focused on how exquisite pieces of art impacted the daily life and the prayer life of the women living at Grailville for the Year School. From this sprang the liturgical art program and the crèche became a Grailville tradition.
Selected scenes from the Grailville International Crèche Collection are now on display at the Greater Loveland Historical Society Museum, 201 Riverside Drive, Loveland, OH. The Museum is open 1-4pm Saturdays and Sundays; admission is free but a $5 donation is suggested.
