FALL IN LOVELAND  

Photo Contest

 

Start taking photos now for a chance to win one or all three $100 prizes in the categories of "Best Scenic Photo of 'Fall in LOVEland", "Best Photo of People Enjoying Fall in LOVEland", and “Wish you were here in LOVEland? Photo”.

All photos entered will be published in a special "Fall in LOVEland Photo Album" at www.lovelandmagazine.com.

Winning photos will be displayed in the storefront window of the Wildflower House in Historic Downtown Loveland at 210 West Loveland Avenue.

The photos must be taken in the geographic area of the Loveland School District. You may enter as many photos as you wish.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

 

PHOTO RELEASE MAY BE REQUIRED
If photos contain recognizable faces that are the predominant feature of the photo the following conditions apply:

A photo with identifiable/distinguishable features or of a child or minor (18 or under) must be accompanied by an attached "Model Release Form" signed by a parent or legal guardian.

A photo with identifiable/distinguishable features of an adult must be accompanied by an attached "Model Release Form." Download Model Release to Loveland Magazine and emailed to [email protected].

Other Considerations

By entering, you agree and understand that Loveland Magazine will publish your photo on-line at www.lovelandmagazine, and may use your photo for future promotional purposes, including on the "cover" of Loveland Magazine. By entering, you agree and understand that Loveland Magazine may in the future use your image to print and sell your image on such items as post cards.

Enter your photo by e-mailing as an attachment to [email protected] with the subjuct line "FALL IN LOVEland  Photo Contest". Send the image at the highest quality setting your camera will allow. Judging will be partially judged on the ability of Loveland Magazine to enlarge your photo to at least 8" X 10" for the winner's display at the Wildflower House. Images from high resolution camera phones will most likely be of acceptable quality.

 

Please provide your full name, and the community or neighborhood you live in, and a description of where the photo was taken. You can also provide 50 words to describe the photo you are submitting.

Your "Photo By Line" will always remain a part of you image when used by Loveland Magazine.

 

• Contest begins September 26, 2013
• Contest will end on November 4 at noon, 2013. (This deadline can be extended at the sole discretion of Loveland Magazine.)

The winners will be announced on or about November 4 at noon. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.
